Civility or lack thereof is caused in part by an in-ability to be heard. Many of the business and government entities we must deal with reek of superiority and use a dismissive tone in their dealings. The 'un-touchables' are being exposed through use of the anonymous nature of the internet. This is not good for many as they have become accountable for their actions. Many say it's unfair. You have the right to face your accuser...
Well, these untouchables bully many with a belligerent brand of service and we have decided to expose some of them. This is a labor of love so we may not get far but what we do we will do fairly. An eye for an eye fairly. Equivalent force fairly. Punishment to meet the crime fairly.
